We are pleased to announce the inaugural CodeCamp event on July 11-12, 2025 at Bridgerland Technical College. This two-day hackathon welcomes participants of all experience levels—from beginners to seasoned professionals. Develop games, applications, AI solutions, or hardware projects in an environment of innovation and collaboration.

This is a focused, efficient event. Just two 12-hour days of coding, networking, and building innovative solutions!

No mandatory team assignments. Form a group with colleagues or work independently based on your preference.

Develop any project that enhances your skills without restrictive parameters limiting your creativity.

A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH

This event focuses on strengthening the community—not creating competition. Share knowledge, exchange ideas, and collaborate with others to achieve optimal results. Both newcomers and veterans will find mentors and colleagues to support them throughout the event.

PARTICIPATION DETAILS

Arrive Friday with project concepts. Depart Saturday with a functioning prototype of your creation. Whether it's a software application, a modern web solution, an AI implementation, or a hardware innovation, you'll have two full days to develop, refine, and present your work.

Throughout the event, acquire valuable knowledge, professional connections, and memorable experiences. (Professional development certificates will be provided upon completion.)

EVENT SCHEDULE

  • Day 1 (July 11): Project briefing, team formation, development kickoff, and specialized workshops
  • Day 2 (July 12): Project completion, presentations, networking event, and awards ceremony

PARTICIPANT CATEGORIES

Teams of 1-4 participants will compete within these four divisions. Your team's category is determined by your most experienced team member. All categories are free to enter.

K-12 STUDENTS

For K-12 students with developing skills. These young innovators bring fresh perspectives and unbounded creativity to their projects.

INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS

For those working in the technology sector in any capacity, including internships. Experienced professionals seeking innovative challenges.

INDEPENDENT DEVELOPERS

For high school graduates and/or coding enthusiasts seeking collaborative opportunities who aren't in a formal educational program.

COLLEGIATE PARTICIPANTS

For those enrolled in programming-related courses at a collegiate level or higher who are developing their technical abilities.

Select your category carefully. Remember that you can form a team with participants from any background — your team's category will be determined by your most experienced member.

EVENT LOGISTICS

July 11-12, 2025 at Bridgerland Technical College. No predetermined projects—choose any development path. Individual participation or team formation; event mentors will be available to assist throughout your project. Categories for all experience levels ensure every participant has an opportunity to succeed.

  • Project Showcase (2:00-3:30 PM): Present your solutions to industry recruiters in a structured presentation format

  • Awards Ceremony (8:00-9:00 PM): Recognition of outstanding projects and final networking opportunity
