Event Info
CodeCamp runs July 10–11, 2026 across two days with a 22-hour build window. Teams have built games, apps, art, hardware projects, and more. The event is entirely open-ended. Teams decide what to build and how to build it.
Teams have up to 22 hours to build their project. Building wraps up at 6pm on day two, when teams begin presenting their work to the judges. Awards are announced around 7:30pm.
DayCamp is a one-day track for young builders. Judging runs from 3:00 to 3:30pm and awards are announced from 3:30 to 4:00pm on day one.
There are no prompts or required challenges. Teams can use any open-source libraries, frameworks, or tools they want. Paid tools are allowed as long as they don't give an unfair advantage other teams can't access (free trial, student license, or similar).
Experienced developers and volunteers are available throughout the event to help unblock teams quickly.
Teams showcase their work, get feedback from judges, and celebrate creative problem-solving across divisions and categories.
Meet local builders, students, and professionals, and leave with new contacts and future collaborators.
Teams can be 1 to 4 participants. Solo registration is welcome, and at least one member should be available to present the final demo.

Teams compete in a single division based on the most experienced team member, and choose a category that best fits their project.
